Following installation we provide full demonstrations of your installation and leave an easy reference guide that will help you with continuing use after we leave.

We understand that no matter how straight forward the system; there will invariably be some things that take longer to get used to. You will have a named, single point of contact at Hometech for any enquiries that you may have in the future.

We provide a warranty all our own installation work for 12 months and for all equipment in line with manufacturers’ guarantees. If you have any issues we cannot resolve over the telephone, this warranty also covers service calls and fixes related to the installation. This allows you to have peace of mind after the engineer has left your property.

After the 12 month period, you won't be left 'high and dry' - we maintain the free phone support, and any service visits are charged at £40 or less, dependant on the distance the engineer needs to travel.
